¢ Harley Zhao, President & CEO

  Harley Zhao is the president, CEO and the founder of Original Force 3D. He is in charge of the strategy making, creating and the management of production department of the whole company. Meanwhile, he is committing himself to the developing and operating of abroad market and business.

  He is one of the two Maya character animations international mentors authorized by Autodesk and the Chinese commissioner of SIGGRAPH.

  Harley founded the OF3D in 1999, and has engaged in the production and management of 3d art and animation nearly more than ten years. He has been the Chinese Executive Production Manager in many grand international projects. He is always guiding all staffs to make the company into an international class game outsourcing Company.

¢ Jonathan Jiang, Chairman & VP of Business Development

  Mr. Jiang is a serial entrepreneur. Mr. Jiang is Chairman & VP business development of Original Force, a leading video game company. Prior to that, Mr. Jiang was co-founder & President & CEO of Digital Arts, a video gaming outsourcing company. Previously, Mr. Jiang was founder and President/CEO of MessageSoft, an innovative messaging security company, acquired by SurfControl, a leading Internet security company. Prior to that, Mr. Jiang co-founded Octiga(former worksoft, NYSE: VIT) and served as senior VP of Business Development and Engineering, a pioneer and leader of the IT outsourcing industry in China, whose customer included IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, HP, Sun. Formerly, Mr. Jiang held a variety of R&D and management roles at Juniper networks, Lucent Technologies, INS, UTStarcom and Verio.

  Mr. Jiang holds a BS and an MS in Computer Science from Southwest Jiaotong University, an MS in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was a sloan fellow.

¢ Shan Ding, VP & COO

  Ding Shan, graduated from Nanjing University, was majoring in Computer Application. In 2001, he joined in OF3D, and became the shareholder. Now Ding Shan is the Vice President and COO.

  He is in charge of operation, finance, relations management between the government and guild, trainings of employees and development of national operation.

  Before joining in OF3D, Ding Shan engaged in the operation management in many foreign capital corporations with the experience of 15 years of operation management and grand market activities. From 1997 to 2001, he was the vice general manager of Nanjing Branch of China.com, the first internet corporation listed in abroad. He took charge of operation management for 5 years, and also ever worked in Xin Hua News Agency for 6 years.

  DingShan is one of the members of commission of Chinese Television Cartoon Arts Association, the chief of the delegates of commission of Chinese Television Cartoon Arts Association, the committeeman of SIGGRAPH(Beijing), the vice-chairman of Nanjing Animation Production Association and the committeeman of the CEAC China Information-based Computer Animation Design Specialty Committee.

¢ Kevin Wang, Director of Business Development

  Kevin has more than ten years of extensive sales, business development and marketing experiences. Kevin was co-founder & VP of Business Development of Digital Arts, a game outsourcing company. Kevin comes to Digital Arts from TCL & Alcatel Mobile Phones, where he spearheaded the company¨s entrance to the North American market from the scratch. Within less than a year, he established sales and reverse logistic channels and won deals from a few of key 2nd tier GSM carriers. Prior to that, Kevin served as Asia Area Director at StarVox, Inc., where he aligned with HP and Cisco local Asia teams to co-bid NGN projects in several countries in addition to setting up the company¨s own sales channels. Kevin also held similar positions at Brooktrout Technology and Lucent Technologies, where he was responsible of the companies¨ development and management of Asian sales team and channels.

  Kevin holds a BSEE from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications and MBA from North Dakota State University.
